Who We Are
Annapolis Youth Lacrosse is a recreational youth lacrosse program serving the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County communities.
With a staff made up of former NCAA collegiate and professional lacrosse players, the AYL’s goal is to offer an affordable option for players of all skill-level to have an opportunity to participate in the sport, regardless of financial or other socio-economic barriers.
Further, the AYL will work to grow the sport and introduce lacrosse to new generations of athletes and preserve the integrity of not only the game, but the overall advancement of the sport.
Core Values

Our leadership has experience coaching and training at the highest-level lacrosse institutions in the country, and we’ve developed a set of core values that translates our promise into measurable action.
01
Development
The bread and butter of our program begins with player development. Elite coaches and directors set the tone for our programming body.
02
Affordability
We pride ourselves on offering a recreational lacrosse opportunity that is accessible to players of all economic backgrounds.
03
Accessibility
The AYLP will break down common barriers of lacrosse entry by charting an up-front course for our athletes to devise a game-plan that helps them navigate the world of recreational, club, high school, and ultimately collegiate lacrosse from the very beginning.
04
Service & Communication
Our philosophy is simple – timely and transparent communication is the key to success and experience.
